No, we do not require masks inside of our clinic. Clients may choose to wear a mask based on their own level of comfort. If you would like us to wear a mask during your treatment please let us know.
If clients are feeling unwell, we ask that the appointment be rescheduled. This ensures the health and safety of our staff as well as other clients and Massage Therapists in the clinic.
We understand that sometimes life happens. We make every effort to accommodate last minute changes.
If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, we ask that you change or cancel your appointment through your profile on the Dainty Leaf Massage Therapy Jane App page - https://daintyleafmassage.janeapp.com/#staff_member/1
If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact me as soon as possible through text at 1-250-617-3314, email at Jana@DaintyLeafMassage.ca or message on Facebook messenger at Dainty Leaf Massage Therapy.
Clients who have a history of cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will either be charged the full cost of the appointment to the credit card on file or invoiced for the full amount if there is no card on file.
