Frequently Asked Questions
  • Do you have online booking?
    Yes! We only book appointments through our online booking program. Click the "Book an Appointment" button on our website or visit Our booking site to see our latest availability.
  • Do you require masks to be worn inside the clinic?
    No, we do not require masks inside of our clinic. Clients may choose to wear a mask based on their own level of comfort. If you would like us to wear a mask during your treatment please let us know.
  • Can I still come to my appointment if I am feeling ill?
    If clients are feeling unwell, we ask that the appointment be rescheduled. This ensures the health and safety of our staff as well as other clients and Massage Therapists in the clinic.
  • What do I do if I cannot make my appointment and need to cancel?
    We understand that sometimes life happens. We make every effort to accommodate last minute changes. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, we ask that you change or cancel your appointment through your profile on the Dainty Leaf Massage Therapy Jane App page - https://daintyleafmassage.janeapp.com/#staff_member/1 If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact me as soon as possible through text at 1-250-617-3314, email at Jana@DaintyLeafMassage.ca or message on Facebook messenger at Dainty Leaf Massage Therapy. Clients who have a history of cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will either be charged the full cost of the appointment to the credit card on file or invoiced for the full amount if there is no card on file.
  • Can you direct bill to my extended health insurance provider?
    We are currently registered with extended health plan providers in order to provide direct billing on behalf of our clients. We are currently able to direct bill: - Pacific Blue Cross - SunLife - Canada Life - GreenShield - Manulife* - GroupHealth Wondering if we can direct bill to your extended health plan?   • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept the following forms of payment: - Cash (exact change) - Debit card - Credit card (VISA, Mastercard) - E-transfer (Use e-mail Jana@DaintyLeafMassage.ca)
  • Do you work with ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims?
    No, we do not work with ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims.
  • Do you have a washroom on-site?
    Absolutely. There is a washroom for clients to use on-site.
  • Do you have free parking on-site for clients?
    Yes! There is off-street parking directly in front of the clinic as well as nearby on-street parking along Central St. E.
  • Is your clinic accessible for those who use mobility devices?
    Unfortunately, there are a few steps to enter our clinic space.
  • Is your clinic close to public transit?
    Yes! Our clinic is approximately a 5 minute walk from the transit exchange at Spruceland Mall. There are also nearby bus stops along 5th avenue.
  • What if I am not sure where to go.
    We are currently working on getting a unique sign made to advertise our business. In the meantime, the house number is located on a pole at the end of the driveway, under a large tree. Look for the blue house with the green door. You are welcome to come right in and enjoy guest wifi in the waiting room prior to your appointment.
